These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the websites of Abloom Consulting and Abloom Coaching. By accessing or using our websites, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our websites.

1. Website Purpose
The content on our websites — including articles, assessments, AI tools, educational resources, case studies, frameworks, and thought leadership — is provided for informational and educational purposes. It is not intended as professional advice. Your use of our websites does not create a coach-client, consultant-client, or other professional relationship.
2. No Coaching Relationship Through Website Use
Use of our websites, completion of an assessment, submission of a contact form, interaction with AI tools, or attendance at a discovery conversation does not establish a coaching or consulting engagement. A formal coaching or consulting relationship is created only through a separate written agreement signed by both parties.
3. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, methodologies, frameworks, designs, logos, trademarks, and intellectual property displayed on our websites are owned by Dr. Karyn Edwards and Abloom Consulting, unless otherwise indicated. This includes but is not limited to:

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise use any of our intellectual property without prior written permission. You may share links to publicly available content on our websites for informational purposes.
4. Assessment Disclaimer
Our leadership assessment tools, including the Executive Readiness Assessment, are diagnostic instruments designed to provide directional insights and stimulate reflection. Assessment results are not a substitute for comprehensive organizational assessment, psychological evaluation, or professional consultation conducted by a qualified practitioner. Results should be interpreted as one data point among many in your leadership development journey.
5. AI Tools Disclaimer
Our AI-enabled resources, including Coach Mastery AI Mentor™, are educational and developmental tools. Some Abloom tools use artificial intelligence to support developmental feedback, reflection, analysis, and summarization. AI-generated content may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed alongside qualified human judgment.
AI-powered resources are not a substitute for professional coaching, mentor coaching, supervision, legal advice, financial advice, mental health services, or other professional services. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or applicability of AI-generated responses to your specific circumstances. By using our AI tools, you agree to the appropriate use guidelines provided on the relevant resource pages.

6. User Conduct
You agree to use our websites only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others, restrict their use, or interfere with the operation of our websites. When using interactive features including contact forms, assessments, and AI tools, you agree not to submit content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or that violates the rights of third parties.

Our websites may contain links to third-party websites, including Zoom for scheduling, QuickBooks for payments, and LinkedIn for professional engagement. 8. Payment and Refunds
Payments for coaching packages, educational programs, products from the Coaching Mastery Collection™, and related services are processed through QuickBooks. Payment terms, refund policies, and cancellation provisions are specified in the service agreement or at the point of purchase. All sales of digital products and downloadable resources are final unless otherwise stated.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Dr. Karyn Edwards, Abloom Consulting, and Abloom Coaching shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use our websites, content, assessments, AI tools, or services. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based.
10. Indemnification
